1. Who we are This store, Kladdle, is run by Romedia Production Private Limited, House Number 116, TC 17/1296-8, Sanjay Resorts, Vivekananda Nagar, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695006, India ("we", "us"). You can reach us at theromeprojectt@gmail.com. By buying from this store you agree to these terms.

2. What we sell We sell digital ebooks as PDF downloads. Prices are shown in euros and include any VAT that applies. Your order is confirmed once your payment goes through, and your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

3. Instant delivery and no refunds Because your ebook is delivered straight away, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download is made available. All sales are final. If your file is broken or won't open, we'll send you a working copy, and if we can't fix it we'll refund you. Our Refund policy has the details.

4. Your licence When you buy an ebook, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to read it on your own devices and to print it for your own use. Please don't share, resell, upload, copy or give away the file or any part of it, including the illustrations of Amy. All text, illustrations and the Kladdle and Amy names stay the property of Romedia Production Private Limited.

5. Not medical advice Our ebooks are self-help reading about everyday life with ADHD. They don't diagnose, treat or cure ADHD or any other condition, and they aren't a substitute for advice from a doctor, psychologist or therapist. If you're struggling, please talk to a qualified professional.

6. Our responsibility We work hard to make sure our ebooks are accurate and that the store works well, but we can't promise any particular result from reading them. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses that come from using the store or the ebooks. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

7. Your information We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

8. Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

9. Law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. If something goes wrong, please write to us first, and we'll do our best to sort it out.
