Digital downloads are final Our ebooks are digital downloads that you receive straight after checkout. Because you get the full file right away, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds once your order is complete.

Your right to cancel When you buy, you agree that we deliver your ebook immediately, and you confirm that you understand you lose your 14-day right to cancel (withdrawal right under EU consumer law) once the download is made available to you.

Download problems If your download link doesn't work, the file is damaged or won't open, or you were charged twice by mistake, write to theromeprojectt@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a working copy, or refund you if we can't fix it.

Your legal rights This policy doesn't affect any other statutory rights you have as a consumer.
